LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our client’s exceptional team in Portland, OR. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of challenging, fast-paced cases and work alongside some of the most respected trial lawyers in the region. This position requires a seasoned litigation paralegal with 7 years of experience who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment. This role offers a hybrid working environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote after in office training for the first month. The anticipated salary is between $90,000-$111,300 a year with a generous and unique benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation support from intake to trial and post-trial
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, including handling large volumes of documents
- Maintain and utilize litigation support databases and tools (e.g., Relativity, CaseMap, etc.)
- Prepare case chronologies, witness files, and exhibit binders
- Proofread and cite-check briefs and pleadings with precision
- Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials
- Assist attorneys with trial prep and attend trial as needed
Qualifications:
- 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex civil or business litigation
- Proficiency with e-discovery tools and litigation management software
- Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and filing procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive case progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
