What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Research Assistant position at Hour Media?
Hour Media is looking for a full-time, entry level employee to work within the Marketing Research department alongside Hour’s sister research company, Professional Research Services. PRS conducts peer-review surveys of professionals to determine the best doctors, dentists, lawyers, chiropractors and realtors within a specific geographical area. PRS then licenses this data to city and regional magazines and other media groups nationwide.
The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and highly motivated. They also must be self-sufficient and well spoken. Accurate data entry skills are a must. Day to day responsibilities will include online research, phone calls to clients and fact checking of new and existing lists.
Requirements: Qualified candidates must be college graduates with strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as a sales and marketing background.
