Administrative Assistant:
Provide quality assistance to clients, community members, and Howard Center employees in a busy medical/outpatient office. Work effectively with regular interruptions, while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical/outpatient office setting and experience working with electronic health records.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk management
- Provides general clerical and office support
- Engage with clients in a warm and professional manner
- Utilize electronic health record system and other technologies
- Holder of building wide information
- Provides customer service to staff/clients/guests seeking assistance
Requirements:
- Two or more years of administrative/business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License and use of a personal vehicle
Structure:
- Full-time position
- Non-exempt position
- Starting at $18.09 an hour
- We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
