Job Summary:
While upholding Hoyt's policies and mission and values statements, the CNC Operator is responsible for safe and proficient operation of the CNC machine used in the manufacturing handles and small parts for bows.
Upholds production and quality standards: This person is responsible for the safe operation of machines. Ensures efficient material flow through the production area. Performs inspection at designated AQL levels. Maintains proper care of equipment and machinery, as well as cleanliness and organization of the work area. Cleans and organizes designated area within the machine shop to conform to MSP standard. Report scrap and non-conformances. Performs other duties as instructed by supervisor.
