HR Annie Consulting, Portland, OR is hiring a full-time HR Generalist to join our team.
We are busy...and busy is great! And....we need to find an adaptable and committed HR professional who is looking to join a dynamic team. This position will play a critical role in supporting our amazing HR Annie Consultants with HR projects for our clients.
You must have experience doing these things in order to be considered:
Recruitment, handbooks, job descriptions, benefits administration, HR clients, onboarding and offboarding, used an HRIS and ATS and compensation review. You have an adaptive style and are able to pivot by nature, because with multiple clients you know you have to, but deep inside, you like the I’s dotted and T’s crossed. You are able to take on multiple projects at the same time and stay organized.
If an addition to the above, you also have:
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and
- You are committed to a career in Human Resources, we'd love to talk to you!
Like all of us, you will share several hats for ongoing client communications and promoting HR Annie out in the communities we serve; you will also attend our weekly team meetings sharing your #HRisCool Moment of the week.
