Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Home Health

• Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with weekend on-call duties, serving Jackson, Platte, Clay, and Cass Counties in Missouri.
• Responsible for providing professional nursing care under supervision, implementing patient plans to promote health or support peaceful death, with supervision at least every 60 days.
• Qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program, at least one year of nursing experience, active licensure in Kansas and Missouri, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior home health experience is preferred.
