What you will need:
- A minimum of three years of HR experience and/or have experience in administrative functions.
- Proficiency in computer use, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail, project planning and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact effectively and objectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Data Entry accuracy. Be a team player.
- Possess knowledge of confidentiality practices.
- Able to travel occasionally both local and out of the area depending on business need.
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What will set you apart:
- College degree, preferred. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $20.00 - $23.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
