Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival at the office
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Screening, answering, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary stationery and materials
- Providing basic and accurate information to inquiries in-person and via phone/email
- Monitoring office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintaining an inventory of front office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel and accommodations, and preparing vouchers
- Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
- Carrying out other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Posting Accounts Payables
- Reviewing timecards and processing payroll
- Carrying out HR administrative duties
- Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Receptionist Duties, and Answering Inbound Calls.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience in using HRMS, Ceridian, and About Time software
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
- Knowledge of legal standards and compliance in HR field
- Proven experience in Employee Relations
- Ability to handle Receptionist Duties and Answering Inbound Calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
