Job Description:
Take ownership of the DocFinity Enterprise Content Management platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation across the organization. Configure and maintain document types, metadata, indexing, storage structures, and records management policies to support business and compliance requirements. Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows that streamline document driven processes and improve operational efficiency. Manage user roles, permissions, and authentication integrations such as Active Directory. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Support document capture, scanning, OCR, and ingestion processes to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Partner with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective solutions. Provide end user support, training, and documentation, maintain system and change management records, and coordinate with vendors and third party partners as needed.

Required Skill
- Hands on experience administering DocFinity or a similar ECM or DMS platform.
- Strong knowledge of document management, workflow automation, and records management concepts.
- Experience with system security, user access controls, and data governance best practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective system configurations.
- Familiarity with Windows environments and database concepts such as SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience designing advanced workflows and business rules within DocFinity.
- Knowledge of API integrations or system interfaces.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards such as HIPAA, FERPA, or SOX.
- Experience supporting large enterprise, healthcare, government, or higher education environments. ECM or vendor related certifications.
