We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the food service operation, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Oversee banquet and event operations, coordinating with clients to ensure successful execution
- Train and develop staff on proper food handling techniques, customer service, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus, create specials, and ensure consistent quality
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in banquet or event management is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
