Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Registered Nurse (RN)
Full Time 40 hour/week position: (Mon-Fri schedule available or 4 10 hour days)
Hugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health)
Education and Formal Training: Associate degree in nursing, RN licensed in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Work experience: EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATES!
Must have a current/valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.

- Flexible scheduling available (4 or 5 days/wk, weekday or weekend positions also available)
- Hiring for Full Time, and Part Time positions in multiple service areas.
- We proudly serve Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.
- Opportunity for company vehicle
- If in personal vehicle, mileage is reimbursed at full IRS rate (2024: 0.67c per mile)
- Monthly Cell Phone Stipend
