- Flexible scheduling available (4 or 5 days/wk, weekday or weekend)
- Hiring for Full Time, and Part Time positions in multiple service areas.

Provides and directs the provision of home physical therapy, based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the physical therapy process.
Hugh Chatham Health at Home proudly serves Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.
Education and Formal Training: Successful completion of a PT program approved by the APTA or the Council of Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or both. If licensed or registered prior to 1966 meets the alternative qualifications cited in the Medicare COP, Section 405.l2 or (1)(2)(3)(4). Licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Physical Therapist. EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATES!
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
