Norton Shores, Michigan –A product manufacturer and supplier that provides a positive economic and environmental impact for our customers.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) works with new and existing customer accounts to maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth fulfillment of order requests. CSR receives and responds to incoming customer service phone calls and emails, answering questions or referring them to other departments for assistance with products or services. Takes care of customer complaints, oversees successful execution of special-order requests, advises on and initiates product credit and returns, and assists with inside sales initiatives. The CSR also supports requests from the sales team, and initiatives outlined by management. Regular communication with warehouse staff on special orders or issues is required.
The position requires two or more years of previous experience in Customer Service, specifically order entry. An associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
The candidate must have a high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, above average computer skills and the ability to develop good relationships and work collaboratively with co-workers and customers.

Pay Rate - $20 an hour depending on experience
