HSI is currently seeking an energetic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Supervisor Stepping Stones Clubhouse Program in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
A. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates direct psychiatric rehab services with member collaboration through group and individual activities.
- Surveys member interests and preferences for services to guide group topics.
- Support members in developing rehabilitation goals and plans.
- Partners with staff and members to create a positive atmosphere in the program.
- Responsible for creating new authorizations for service and renewing expiring authorizations prior to the date of expiration.
- Assure that all required clinical documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plans, progress reviews and daily notes are completed timely.
- Help educate members about mental illness and principles of recovery.
- Connect members to natural supports available in the community and identify options to pursue as goals.
- Assess members’ needs and preferences in terms of skills and supports.
- Provide support to develop, achieve, and maintain programmatic goals.
- Teach appropriate vocational and social skills, illness management, and any other related groups desired by the members to help promote wellness and recovery.
- Assist members in gaining access to and using natural supports within their community.
- Advocate on behalf of and in conjunction with members as needed.
- Assure compliance with state regulations and assume lead role in preparation for annual state and county audit.
- Increase overall member census by partnering with other community organizations
- Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in psychology, social work, human services or closely related field of study.
- 3 years of previous work experience in behavioral health services with two of those years being in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services.
- CPRP Certification preferred. Applicants must be able to obtain certification within 6-12 months of hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
