Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker
Description
This position is located at the Stepping Stones Clubhouse in Coatesville, PA. The Clubhouse is a psychiatric rehabilitation program that focuses on recovery through skill training in a workday setting. Members chose to participate in one of several units-clerical, food service, maintenance and education. Their experiences at the Clubhouse can lead to a better understanding of the person’s illness and associated coping strategies that can support the person through their recovery. Clubhouse membership fosters a sense of being and needed each day: that every individual has strengths to build upon and can make a valuable contribution to the Clubhouse.
Essential Job Functions
Enable members to identify goals and areas of interest
Enable members to plan strategies and acquire necessary skills to reach and maintain their desired goads, and
Enable members to develop the necessary supports to maintain those goals.
Provide rehabilitative planning through a collaborative process between the member and the rehabilitation team and
Obtain the skills necessary to achieve recovery
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years work experience in mental health service or a high school diploma and 4 years work experience in mental health services, 1 year of which must be work experience in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services. Candidates with CPRP certification are preferred; however this certification can be attained within 2 years from the date of hire.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.41 per hour
