What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Human Touch Home Health?
Capitol View is looking for a Staffing Coordinator for Washington, DC. The staffing coordinator will have to ensure that each patient has the necessary coverage for their need for comfort. This candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the staffing practices of a home health care agency. They will not only work with the patients but also with the staff. They will make sure that they are respecting the staff's schedules and that they are not overextended by their hours or caseload. The staffing/intake coordinator will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and must be comfortable with quick deadlines.
