The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education development, possess strong classroom management skills, be familiar with behavioral techniques and meeting physical and emotional needs of young children as well as experience working in a child-centered and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee operations of summer program at Howard City site.
-Establishing and maintaining positive child, family and staff relationships while ensuring the highest quality of childcare.
-Actively engaging in classroom activities and with the children as well as communicating effectively with support staff.
-Maintaining a safe and sanitary classroom and a positive, encouraging learning environment.
-Provide constant supervision over children at all times and respond to children's emotional or behavioral needs.
-Take good care of the facilities and keeping it clean and safe.
-Demonstrate knowledge in ECE licensing
- Report to Howard City Program Director
- Work with school aged children after school/during breaks from school and snowdays.
-Full Time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
