Description
The responsibility of this position is the monitoring, reviewing, and distributing loan packages to loan boarding colleagues and requires adherence to Bank Credit, Compliance and Risk guidelines. Colleague is responsible for distributing loan packages received from Business Banking, SBA, Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, Private Client Group, Private Equity Group, Auto Finance, Asset Based Lending and Special Assets. This includes reviewing some information on HAWC, AFS, and the upfront systems of Velocity and CLOS. They will also be responsible for monitoring the Loan Boarding mailbox and updating various production reports.
Additionally, the colleague must be comfortable communicating with our business partners via email and TEAMS. The Financial Loan Boarding team is an Essential Partner to various business areas including the Business Loan Center, Legal, Segment Risk, and Credit Administration. Team provides support to Loan Closers, ARA’s, Loan Administrator and Relationship and Portfolio Managers
Detailed Description:
- Assign work to loan boarding colleagues as received via HAWC and Loan Boarding Mailbox
- Monitor Loan Boarding group mailbox
- Monitor and maintain SLA of incoming work.
- Maintain acceptable quality standards.
- Update production reports daily
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 or more years’ experience in a financial services related position, preferably bank operations
- Must be able to work overtime as needed during peak periods, specifically at end of month
- PC knowledge must include Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
