Description The Commercial Loan Services Specialist 2 is a member of the Research, Maintenance and Transaction team within the Commercial Loan Services group. This team is responsible for servicing and maintaining the bank’s commercial loans which include processing payments and advances, complex research of loans, working closely with business partners. Duties and Responsibilities: Work independently on a variety of daily tasks which may include HAWC requests, suspect reports, working the RMT group email box and answering questions from our partners. Participate in monthly regional calls. Research discrepancies with loan balances and work closely with line of business on research items. Monitor suspect, maintenance reports, and CLS general ledgers outages for resolution. Ensure outages are corrected within provided Service Level Agreements Ability to learn complex business processes. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is available for hybrid work. Must be near either 5555 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, Ohio or 333 E Main St Midland, MI.
