Construction Superintendent - Restaurants / Luxury Retail (Las Vegas and Southern California)
Hurst and Siebert is a general contractor, dealing in luxury retail and restaurants, in the western states. Our primary markets are Beverly Hills/Los Angeles, Orange County, CA, and Las Vegas. We are currently looking to add a motivated Superintendent to our team, with experience building high-end restaurants. The ideal candidate will also have experience in luxury retail, ground up and various TI experience.
Position is full-time and may require some night or weekend work. We offer a competitive benefit package including paid medical coverage, 401k, and weekly salary pay (range is $110K - $135K), depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
OHSA certification
Prior experience leading construction sites as superintendent
Restaurant experience (high-end, full kitchen and detailed HVAC coordination ability)
Dependability, strong work ethic and desire to be a team member
Experience in Las Vegas and with Las Vegas Health Department is preferred, not required.
- Experience scheduling subcontractors, inspections and vendors
- Familiarity with construction management software
