What are you responsible for?
The Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Mechanic is primarily responsible for the maintenance of our kitchen equipment throughout the hotel including climate control systems such as refrigeration storage units, ice machines, and beverage equipment. Other equipment or projects may be assigned as needed. This person must have a strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, controls trouble shooting, and schematic reading. Previous engineering experience and a CFC certification is required.

Qualifications
How do you know if this job is for you?
- Universal CFC certification
- HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school completion or equivalent experience preferred
- EPA Universal License
- OSHA 10
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Physical Dexterity: The job entails small and compact areas where heavy machinery is constantly moved in and out
- Safety Awareness: Thorough knowledge of the safety measures at hand can prevent accidents and injuries
- Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.
