Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Security leadership team as our Security Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. The Security Supervisor will support “A Seattle Collective”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports and supervise the security staff in the Area Director's absence.

The hourly rate for this position is $29.30/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt Hotels, which is currently $29.89/hour.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years Security experience, especially in hospitality, preferred
• Must have customer service experience
• Candidates should have open availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to drive on behalf of Hyatt preferred
