Your role in action:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and getting them settled in with ease, from check-in to check-out.
• Handling reservations, verifying details, issuing room keys, and sharing all the best features of our hotel.
• Answering guest questions with a smile and showing off your knowledge of everything from our room packages to the local hotspots.
• Resolving guest requests and concerns quickly and cheerfully, always going above and beyond to create unforgettable stays.
• Using your natural sales talent to recommend hotel services and help maximize room occupancy.
• Handling payments, processing credit cards, and making sure every folio is spot on.
