Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Auditing: Verify and reconcile daily revenue postings, audit financial records for accuracy, and prepare financial reports.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless overnight experience.
- Cash & Security Handling: Control and secure cash and cash equivalents following established policies and procedures.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and secure all financial files and records in accordance with company policies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.
- Safety & Security: Monitor hotel premises, report safety concerns, and maintain awareness of unauthorized persons on the property.
- Administrative Support: Assist with additional tasks, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and providing written reports.
- Teamwork & Professionalism: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues while upholding Hyatt’s standards of excellence.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and respond to safety concerns in a professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred. Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
