What Will You Be Doing?
As an Outside Restoration Consultant, your day will be far from ordinary. You’ll be out in the field, meeting homeowners, conducting roof and attic inspections, and working closely with insurance claims. This isn’t a typical 9-5 job, especially during the busy season, so be prepared for evenings and some Saturdays. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you busy (and earning) year-round!
You’ll also participate in weekly training and meetings, where you’ll be inspired, motivated, and able to collaborate with other team members. We believe in a strong, supportive culture where everyone’s contribution is valued.

Responsibilities
Self-generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and building business-to-business relationships
Follow up on company-provided leads
Demonstrate solid business sales acumen and professionalism
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed sales and margin expectations
Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently
Provide management with reports on customer needs and competitive activities
Engage in all training activities and participate in our Core Values events
Skills And Qualifications
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
Great relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Required: Valid Driver's License, ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift ~50 lbs
Experience in roofing or construction sales is a plus
