- Plan and carry-out effective internal audits of the company's Quality and EHS management systems - including assessments of system performance and potential risks - and work with department heads to address identified issues
- Interface with applicable third parties as necessary regarding audits, certifications, inquiries, contracts, and training
- Effectively and timely communicate internal/external audit schedules and results to management
- Monitor and interpret global substance regulations (RoHS, REACH, SCIP, TSCA, WFD, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, PFAS)
- Review BOMs and engineering changes for compliance risks
- Translate regulatory and customer requirements into engineering guidelines for allowable substances
- BA/BS or minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental and/or Manufacturing continuous improvement
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and environmental data
- Well organized and proactive
- Approximately 20% domestic travel
