What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Service Representative position at HYDRO-GEAR?
The Technical Service Representative provides technical assistance and training to customers in support of the proper operation and service of our products. The Tech Service Rep has responsibilities that include:
- Providing product and service support to customers
- Conducting test, teardown and evaluation of electric and hydraulic components
- Providing feedback from customers to internal departments
- Process warranty claims, maintain and execute warranty reports
- Conduct training for service distributors
