What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the C-Suite, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
- Oversee expense reporting, reconciliations, and special projects.
- Support office operations, vendor relationships, and executive events.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their organizational excellence and attention to detail.
- Stands out for their ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is recognized for their discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Has 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant.
