What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Serve as a key point of contact for external customers or clients regarding financial matters, including billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and reporting needs.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.
- Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
- Participate in system implementations and process improvement initiatives.

- Is known for their excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Stands out for their Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) as well as advanced Excel skills;
- Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
