- Minimum Guaranteed Wage of $16/hour: At the end of the pay period, if your base wage ($10.50/hour $2/hour additional for any time after 10pm) and tips have not averaged to at least $16/hour, we will pay the rest. You are guaranteed to earn at least $16/hour minimum, but you can earn more than that! Most average $16-$20/hour. Tips are paid at the end of each shift, and all other wages are paid on your paycheck (biweekly).

Front of House Counter Server Job Duties and Expectations
You're biggest priority is serving customers! You'll take and prepare salad orders; take slice orders and finish the bake; and ring people up. Cleaning, keeping things stocked, answering phones, and entering orders are also a big part of the job. You will be busy the whole shift, but your teammates will be there to help. And the tips will have you "rolling in the dough"!
Front of House Counter Server Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
- Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
- Must be 18 to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Garver location (3241 Garver Green), and all other positions/locations require you to be 18 years of age.

Front of House Counter Server Scheduling
Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing. Store hours vary by location; please visit ianspizza.com for our most up-to-date hours.
Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends! We require a minimum of one weekend shift each week at all store locations. If you are applying for our State Street or Frances Street locations, availability for a minimum of 1 late night shift (10pm-4am) is required as well.
Part-time (15-30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important, and our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
