We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill an, Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate position, on the healthcare services and digital health industry-focused team within our Healthcare practice, ICR Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Support public clients’ quarterly reporting process including calendar management, financial results release development, script development for C suite, and question/answer preparation
- Draft and edit investor presentations, client press releases, shareholder letters and other related documents
- Consistently maintain knowledge of client business and strategy, economic models, financial results, industry trends, and operational developments
- Monitor industry conferences, competitor developments, sell-side research, and trading activity
- Provide insights with analysis to senior executives on investor and analyst feedback, valuation, disclosure, guidance, and competitive developments
- Manage client IR calendars, as well as events and logistics for non-deal roadshows, virtual events, and conferences
- Maintain and develop relationships with current key analysts and institutional investors
- Effectively communicate with peers in investment banking coverage, capital markets and equity research; regularly interact with this community to build awareness of the industry and to communicate on behalf of client management teams
- Develop relevant investor and analyst target lists
- Maintain client websites and recommend enhancements and updates as needed
- Provide general administrative support to accounts including calendar management, investor database development, monthly report preparation and weekly meeting agendas
- Liaise with Capital Markets team counterparts to support private clients as they plan and execute late-stage private capital raises, initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings
- Provide senior leaders support in targeting and maintaining record of prospective client companies
- Help to Prepare pitch presentations, spreadsheets and other deliverables to potential and existing clients using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years’ experience in Investor Relations either in corporate or agency capacity, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or related field.
- Interest or experience in Healthcare preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Pitchbook, Dealogic, Factset, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ is helpful
- Ability to perform basic financial and valuation analysis
- Familiarity with the equity markets
- General corporate finance knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong presentation, verbal & written communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Familiarity utilizing AI tools
- Bachelor’s Degree. Finance, Economics, Business, or Management majors preferred
Anticipated Salary: $70,000 to 90,000 - commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace.
