We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer relations, generating sales, and client retention. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to market ideas effectively. The Producer will work closely with the agent to drive successful outcomes.
Duties
- Service existing book of business: policy changes, billing, filing, mortgagee requests, cross-selling.
- Schedule annual policy reviews and quoting appointments.
- Quoting new business
- Manage all aspects of production from concept to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Utilize sales techniques to promote projects and secure necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate records of production.
Experience
- Proven customer service experience in an insurance role or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong background in insurance sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Prior Insurance experience in similar role.
- Requires being a motivated self-starter.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can enhance communication with diverse teams and clients.
- Ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a desire to put the needs of our clients first.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
