IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Epic Analyst to join one of our top clients in San Mateo, CA . This is a Hybrid-schedule (1-day / month onsite), 6-month W2 contract position (possible extension).
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Epic Analyst :
Provide expert-level support for the Epic Willow system
Handle ticket support and manage multiple tasks and requests concurrently
Support the current LIVE inpatient build and project support for pending Willow Ambulatory go live
Maintain a high level of detail-orientation and a positive attitude in all tasks
Required Skills for Epic Analyst :
Proven experience as an Epic Willow expert
Experience with live ticket support
Ability to handle multiple tasks, requests, and systems simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented with a positive attitude
Effective communication skills
Preferred : Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy tech, former Epic staff, and experience with both Epic inpatient and ambulatory
