This role will be 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote each week.

Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer:
- Work with a variety of plant teams to find, evaluate, and deploy improvements for operating and maintenance procedures, and equipment enhancements.
- Use root cause analysis methods on issues and failures related to machine downtime/expense.
- Assist in selecting and deploying new equipment and use Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to optimize equipment maintenance strategy.
- Monitor equipment MTTR and MTBF performance.
Required Skills for the Reliability Engineer:
- 3 years of experience in Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
- Must have Bachelors in Engineering
- Domestic travel up to 25%
