Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Technical Delivery Manager :

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional product teams
  • Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver
  • Manage and track cross team / squad dependencies and high-integrity commitments
  • Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress
  • Work with QA Engineers to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure smooth quality deployments through the CI / CD pipelines

Required Skills for Technical Delivery Manager :

  • 5 years as a Project / Delivery Manager on large enterprise projects
  • 3 years working with Onshore & Offshore teams
  • 3 years with API development teams
  • 2 years API testing using Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, etc.
  • Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile, Scrum, RUP)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred : Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Rust, etc.
  • Preferred : Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Preferred : Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
