You’ll advise senior finance executives at major companies, deepen strategic partnerships, and help deliver high-value solutions — all while receiving world-class training, mentorship, and support.
Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage trusted relationships with finance and accounting executives at large companies
- Identify and develop new business opportunities using a consultative, relationship-first approach
- Partner with internal teams to align client needs with talent and service solutions
- Participate in a robust sales and leadership development program
- Lead or support client meetings, needs assessments, and resource deployment efforts
- Help facilitate performance conversations, ensure client satisfaction, and support consultant success
- Contribute to recruiting, mentoring, and internal market initiatives
- Attend business development events, client dinners, and networking engagements regularly
Qualifications
- 5 years at a Big 4 or national/regional accounting, consulting, or advisory firm (e.g., Grant Thornton, RSM, BDO, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Genuine interest in business development and leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for occasional national trainings/meetings
