Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy In-House Security System Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on engaging homeowners and property managers to introduce and close sales for iGO’s ‘HomeBinder’ team. The successful candidate will excel in a consultative sales environment, leveraging our digital tools and homeowner insights to deliver tailored, value-driven pitches. This position can range in working hours based on company needs. You will have the opportunity to sell through live lead call transfers, as well as a steady access to warm, hot, and cold leads provided to you on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with homeowners and referral partners.
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the benefits and installation of our security systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and conversion metrics.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with homeowners and referral partners.
- Consultative Selling
- Assess homeowner needs based on HomeBinder data and usage patterns.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer objections, and build trust-based relationships.

- Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales tracking in the CRM and provide feedback to improve sales materials and workflows.

- Product & Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends in home security and smart home tech.
- Become an expert in HomeBinder’s platform and how our offerings integrate with it.

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in security, SaaS, smart home technology, and/or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Comfortable with technology and virtual sales environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with homeowners, real estate agents, or home service professionals.
- Knowledge of smart home ecosystems and residential security products.
- A passion for home improvement and technology integration.
