Harnessing Team Leader

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating department work activities, training / coaching department employees, monitor the order status of each job through the production process and assisting where needed, and meeting daily weekly delivery goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with supervisor to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedules are met.
• Develop a full understanding of part numbers and Current Space Ex Rev. being produced.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the assemblies / orders for employees within the Space Ex / harnessing department, to ensure the orders are shipping on time in a productive manner.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Ensure employees are working to the standards that have been established.
• Provide employees with assistance in performing difficult or complicated orders.
• Any additional duties, as assigned.
