The IHMVCU team is seeking a talented Commercial Credit Analyst! This role will be part of the team located at our beautiful corporate headquarters in Moline, IL.
Summary of the Position:
This position provides primary credit underwriting and monitoring support for the Commercial Loan Portfolio. It provides overall support for risk and credit management and assisting Commercial Lenders with ongoing credit underwriting and monitoring. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining support systems, procedures, and processes for new and renewal of commercial loan underwriting and ongoing monitoring of credit risk. Position is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, policies and regulations set forth by government, state or the Credit Union itself. This role does not have direct reports.
The successful candidate should have the following skills/qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of financial statement analysis, credit analysis or commercial lending support function.
- Four year College Degree preferred, preferably majored in Finance and/or Accounting
- Acute accuracy and very detailed oriented skills are essential.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as an important team member in a team environment
- Ability and desire to provide exceptional service to internal team members
