About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will be a key driver of IL MAKIAGE’s product innovation strategy. You will identify opportunities for disruption, define product roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams through the complete development cycle. In this role, you will balance leadership, strategy, and execution to deliver breakthrough products that set industry benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Define product development strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze competitive landscape, identify white-space opportunities, and evaluate new technologies.
- Lead large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to market launch.
- Lead strategic sourcing and supplier engagement and managing performance.
- Champion consumer insights from focus group testing and surveys to guide product positioning and innovation strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize product pipeline and drive product development from initial conception to go-to-market launch.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive analytics analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role
- BA/BS degree from a top university, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic leader who combines big-picture thinking with operational excellence.
- Skilled at navigating complexity and influencing at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
