- Work with the design teams to create and develop a unique and individual handmade rug line and work with customers on custom projects.
- Meet with sales and customers to review custom projects and new development. Provide design and other meeting materials as require.
- Keep up to date on home décor/rugs color, design and sales trends
- Communicate with overseas manufacturers for the design and product development of new products and product categories
- Work proactively according to development calendar to stay on timelines and work through product approvals
