CSR/Vendor Rep - Div 30

The incumbent will be placed in a Customer Service or Vendor Representative role based on their unique skills and qualifications. Both position overviews are included below. 

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) enters all customer orders and maintains a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Answer customer inquiries quickly, ensure seamless customer support, and monitor all necessary communication channels
• Update important dates and times to include, ETA, ATA, schedules and confirmations of arrivals and empty return in a timely manner defined by supervisor
• Ensure accurate information is in in company-related software (SixWheel) to properly execute the delivery and pickup 
• Perform basic updates to company software (SixWheel, ADP, etc.) to meet required service levels
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service as expected in our vendor Service Level Agreements
• Conduct all business in a highly ethical manner, exhibiting behavior, practices, and standards that uphold IMC core values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Overview: The Vendor Representative builds and maintains vendor and customer relationships, and meets their needs in a timely manner.

 Essential Job Functions

• Follow established efficiencies to increase capacity
• Communicate intercompany charges (ICBs) and inform supervisor of difficult vendor or customer disputes
• Perform basic updates to company software (SixWheel, ADP, etc.) to meet required service levels
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service as expected in our vendor Service Level Agreements
• Conduct all business in a highly ethical manner, exhibiting behavior, practices, and standards that uphold IMC core values
• Perform other duties as assigned
