Role Description

• A Phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood collection procedures - including venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen processing with accuracy, safety, and compassion. This role ensures high - quality samples for laboratory testing and provides excellent patient care while adhering to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Position Highlights:

• Role: Phlebotomist
• Shift Timings: 08-Hours/Day | 05days/week
• Contract Length: 13-Weeks with Possible Extension
• Experience: 2 Years of Phlebotomist
• Pay Range: $27-$28/hr. ($1,080-$1,120/Week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for patients of all ages.
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis, including centrifuging, packaging, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and infection control standards.
• Provide clear instructions and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
