Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator

Salary: $25-30/Hr

Nursing Scheduler Qualifications:

• Must have Long Term Care Experience in staffing
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced office setting

Nursing Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Create completed monthly schedule for nursing employees according to facility needs and budget
• Use company software to effectively and consistently create schedule according to facility needs and budget
• Report open shifts to HR and Administration for hiring purposes
• Manage employee vacations, FMLA Leave, PTO, Sick, and Light Duty in the monthly schedule
• Fill open shifts in the daily schedule as a result of call-outs or no call no show
• Track absences, lateness, call-outs and no call no shows and report to the Director of Nursing for disciplinary action if necessary
• Provide daily reports to Administration with number of employees who worked each day
• Perform other related job duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
