Job Description:
- Draft and review Estate Planning documents to ensure clients' assets are protected and efficiently transferred.
- Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, etc.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that meet clients' legal and business needs.
- Serve as general counsel to business owners, providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the bar with the ability to practice law.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, with a focus on estate planning and business transactions.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
