A leading law firm in Salt Lake City seeks an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Attorney with deep experience in high-value property transactions and land use planning. This is a prime opportunity to work with sophisticated clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and management of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial real estate transactions from negotiation to closing.

• Advise on land use planning, zoning, and development matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.

• Represent clients in acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of diverse property types.

• Collaborate with clients to structure strategic real estate solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate at a prominent law firm.

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• Utah Bar membership or willingness to obtain.

• Proven track record in managing complex real estate deals independently.
