Associate Attorney – Creditors’ Rights & Collections Litigation | Phoenix, AZ

A respected law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its consumer collections litigation group in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior attorneys on multi state consumer litigation matters, representing clients in hearings, depositions, and trials. Ideal for attorneys with 1–6 years of civil litigation experience, especially in creditors’ rights and collections, this position provides a supportive environment with a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of litigation files, drafting motions, pleadings, memoranda, and briefs.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Communicate effectively with courts, opposing counsel, and clients.

• Participate in all stages of litigation to deliver efficient and results driven representation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona.

• 1–6 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in creditors’ rights or collection law.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage a high volume caseload in a fast paced environment.
