A respected law firm is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Transactions Attorney with extensive residential real estate experience to join its Huntersville, NC office. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value closings, provide hands-on client counsel, and work with a collaborative team in a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential real estate transactions from contract negotiation to closing.

• Draft and review purchase agreements, settlement statements, deeds, and other legal documents.

• Conduct and manage closings for purchases, sales, and refinances.

• Analyze title reports and resolve title defects.

• Collaborate with realtors, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.

• Provide strategic legal advice on property transactions.

• Maintain compliance with state and local real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of residential real estate law experience.

• North Carolina State Bar admission in good standing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing procedures.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
