What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Information System Analyst position at IMPACT Technology Recruiting?
This role is HYBRID in Scottsdale. It is a Direct Hire position. Only Permanent residents of the US (USC/GC)

Must haves – Top 3 technical skills:
3-5 years of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) timekeeping experience techno functional skillset
Technical Analyst background and skillset with UKG Timekeeping specialty
Basic SQL – run commands, queries, etc.

UKG Hub
Boomi Integration experience
UKG Pro Scheduling
Day to Day:
UKG timekeeping techno functional skillset. Somebody who has in depth knowledge in timekeeping from UKG. Get requirements, start configuring application. Working with business - Store Ops, Clear understanding of UKG functionality. Why do you want to do that? Someone to recommend that there is a better way to do that. This person takes the user stories and configures things in UKG so they are working properly and have the proper functionality. They will revalidate some of the stories that are written, do enhancements, bug fixes, aware of all timekeeping compliance related things.
Project: UKG replacement – Old product Kronos new product UKG Pro. Also looking at migrating from UKG Pro scheduling.
Someone might have experience in UKG Hub. Working and generating reports on hub that would be a nice to have as well.
