Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities
- Utilize the CRM to manage customer interactions and sales data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills (English and Spanish) a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proficient in using sales software or CRM systems
